IRP for Investors is carried out in the form of 4 three-hour meetings, with a week in between each meeting, during which time the participants work on the tasks included in the course. The meetings are held IRL or online between 08.00-11.00 and are scheduled according to demand. Participants should be prepared to allocate a total of around 20 hours to the meetings and associated tasks (“homework”).
IRP for Investors is carried out in a group of at least four and no more than eight participants. The process is led by a Certified IRP Instructor. One of the meetings is held by a lawyer with expertise within agreements and contracts, law and taxation. Furthermore, a company that is currently looking for investors is also invited to participate in the process, with the aim of providing a practical investment case to study during the course.
